Dr Vivek Mishra is an Assistant Professor in the area of OB&HRM at the Indian Institute of Management Jammu. He has done his Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow.
He has published research articles in peer-reviewed journals. His research work has been accepted and presented in various prestigious conferences such as the Academy of Management conference, PAN IIM World Management Conference, INDAM etc. His research interest lies in the unethical behavior and silence in the organizations.
Before joining the Academia, Dr. Vivek has worked as Marine Engineer for about 8 years in international shipping industry.
