Internal Quality Control Cell (IQCC)

IQCC at IIM Jammu was established on 27 October 2023 as a proactive quality maintenance initiative. This move aligns with the institute's action plan for performance evaluation, assessment, quality improvement and preceding formal accreditation processes. The IQCC starts its journey with the vision of:

Vision: To create a framework at IIM Jammu that ensures academic excellence through the highest standards of teaching, learning, and student engagement to develop a dynamic environment that continuously evolves to meet the vision and mission of IIM Jammu.

Objectives

• Enhance Academic Standards: Maintain and elevate academic rigour through regular curriculum updates as per the market needs.
• Ensure Continuous Improvement: Implement a structured mechanism for the ongoing evaluation of teaching methods, learning outcomes, and academic content to align with current industry requirements.
• Encourage Ethical Practices: Instill values of ethical decision-making, social responsibility, and sustainable business practices in all academic offerings.
• Benchmark Against Global Standards: Ensure that academic programs are continuously aligned with the highest national and international standards of management education.
