Sumesh P. Soman is an Assistant Professor of OB & HRM with a PhD and MPhil in Management and Labour Studies from TISS, Mumbai. He is currently affiliated with IIM Jammu. His research focuses on the future of work and sustainability transitions, including labour dynamics and innovation. Sumesh specializes in HRM, organizational behaviour, and people analytics. He has published research papers in peer-reviewed journals. He has hands-on experience in analytical and visualisation software like SPSS, STATA, R, Tableau, and Power BI.
